Shipping Policy

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
Most standard shipments are handled through our trusted carrier, International Packet, based on the weight and product type of your order.
Dispatch time is within 5 working days, unless there are unforeseen circumstances. Your item will be shipped from our worldwide warehouses, selected randomly based on your location.
Shipping Time: Approximately 2-4 weeks. Please note that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs department are the responsibility of the customer.
We regretfully cannot offer a refund or resend for undelivered items in the following situations. We recommend contacting the local courier for assistance:
  • Wrong address or phone number provided.
  • No response to email or calls from the local courier.
  • Refusal to sign for the package.
  • Refusal to pay tax.
  • Refusal to clear customs.
Please note that the delivery time provided is an estimation and may be subject to change. In case of any changes, we will provide an official notification.

Tracking Package

  1. After the tracking number comes out, it usually takes a few days(within 3-5 business days) for the new information to be updated. Please wait patiently.
  2. Due to the special nature of international transportation, the update of package information will be delayed. When the package leaves the shipping country, the detailed tracking information will generally be updated when it arrives at the destination country.

Lost Package/Unusual Package

  1. In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, MOVESPEED will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team at: support@movespeed.com.
  2. MOVESPEED will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your address when placing an order.
  3. If you purchase multiple items in one order, MOVESPEED will ship them separately based on inventory and they may not arrive at the same time.

Return & Refund Policy
MOVESPPED's policy allows returns within 30 days for general items. However, after this time period, we regretfully can not offer refunds or exchanges.
We regretfully cannot offer a refund or resend for undelivered items in the following situations. We recommend contacting the local courier for assistance:
  • Wrong address or phone number provided.
  • No response to emails or calls from the local courier.
  • Refusal to sign for the package.
  • Refusal to pay tax.
  • Refusal to clear customs.

    Please note that certain situations are not eligible for a refund or exchange:
    • If 72 hours have passed since you received the item.
    • Damages or missing parts not caused by our error.
    • Dislike of the item based on personal preferences.
    To initiate a refund or exchange, please click on "Contact Us" and leave us a message. We will respond within 3 to 5 working days.
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days. If an exchange is not possible due to insufficient stock, we will inform you of the alternative solution.
    Please note that self-returned products will not be processed. Kindly contact us first for refund or exchange requests.
